The car has undergone a complete nut and bolt rotisserie restoration.Car was totally disassembled including every
nut, bolt and screw and was media blasted inside and out to bare metal to expose any rust or damage.
No collision damage was found but there were normal area of minor rust. The following metal work was done on the
car
*replaced entire floor pan assembly because previous repairs were not correct
* replaced lower back section of both quarter behind wheel well and trunk drop off panels
* replaced 2 of the front inner fender panels
* repaired small rust spots on lower front corner of doors
* removed any and all dents and dings and any rust
* replaced front core support
* repaired section of front RH rail where battery acid had leaked
The following 67 Mustang factory options were added to the car during rebuild
* extra cooling package
* Power steering assembly
* style steel wheels ( hubcaps are NOS)
*finned tail light panels
* changed color to color code T (candy apple red )
*The car has all original sheet metal except hood, deck lid and floor pan
* All chrome piece have been replaced with new pieces or re chromed
*all rubber seals, gaskets, weather strip, replaced with new correct parts
*all stainless steel trim pieces have been reworked as required and polished or replaced with new
pieces
*all light bulbs have been replaced with new correct bulbs
* Paint used on car is Glasurit basecoat and clear coat
Interior
* new comfort weave seat covers
* new seat foam
* new door panels and arm rest
* new dash pad
* new instrument cluster and dash bezels
* new carpet and carpet underlay
* new headliner and insulation
* new kick panels
* refurbished and repainted all interior trim panels
* refurbished heater with new cables
* NOS door handles and window cranks
* new horn ring and center piece
* new sun visor brackets
* new mirror mounting bracket and mirror
* new courtesy lights
Exhaust System
* correct 67 390 exhaust manifolds and heat riser
* new complete correct exhaust system for 390 GT including all hangers, clamps, and exhaust tips
Fuel System
* new gas tank
* new sending unit
* all new gas lines (steel and rubber)
* new fuel pump
Engine Compartment
* Engine totally rebuilt- not original to car but a correct 1967 390 GT engine
* rebuilt correct alternator
* rebuilt P/S pump and new hoses
* new belts
* new hoses
* new plugs, plug wires, and distributor cap
*new fan clutch and fan
* factory rebuilt original P/B booster
* new master cylinder
* new brake lines and hoses
* new voltage regulator
* new starter solenoid
* new battery and battery cables
* rebuilt correct 67 GT 390 Carburetor
* rebuilt correct 67 GT 390 Distributor
* new correct air cleaner assembly

Transmission
* completely rebuilt original transmission ( VIN stamped on bottom of transmission)
* new clutch, pressure plate and release bearing
* resurfaced original flywheel and installed new ring gear
* new Z bar and linkage
* new shift lever and boot
Rear End
* Installed new wheel bearing and seals
* new pinion seal
* new brake lines
* new wheel cylinders
* new brake shoes
* new brake drums
* new shocks
Front Suspension and Steering
* New tie rod ends
* new P/S hydraulic cylinder
